Technology Overview
The catalytic process in ReformTechs heaters cracks the fuel into elementary molecules and reformulates them into carbon dioxide. In the typical reactor a hydrocarbon fuel, ex. gasoline, or regenerative fuel such as ethanol or methanol, is heated and reacted with air - releasing heat from the fuel.
Technology advantages:
- Multi-fuel
- Higher fuel efficiency
- Increased robustness reduces cost
- All power/flow ranges
- Modular design and flexible modules
